When I first started talking about launching my own business, people asked me what I wanted to specialize in. The truth is, I don’t necessarily want to be known for one specific trade. I want to be known for the quality of the end result.
Over the years, I’ve seen people pay thousands of dollars for work that simply wasn’t finished to a professional standard. Crooked installations, sloppy repairs, corners cut because “it’s just a rental,” or projects left looking like they were only 80% complete. The customer paid a professional price, yet received handyman-quality work – or sometimes worse.
That has always bothered me.
To me, if I’m going to put my name on something, I want to walk away knowing it was done cleanly, thoughtfully, and in a way that I would be proud to have in my own home. It doesn’t matter if it’s replacing a door, repairing drywall, installing fixtures, or solving a property problem that has been ignored for years. The goal is the same: leave it better than I found it.
I don’t claim to know everything. In fact, I think one of the most valuable skills someone can have is knowing their limitations. If a project falls outside of what I can legally or professionally perform under my licensing, I’m not going to pretend otherwise. Instead, I’ll help point you toward someone who can. Chances are, I know several qualified people who can provide estimates, and then you can decide what works best for your project.
Resolve Property Services isn’t about pretending to be everything to everyone. It’s about solving problems honestly.
One area I especially enjoy working with is rental properties. Rentals need attention before small issues become expensive ones, and owners deserve someone who understands that every day a unit sits vacant is money lost. We also enjoy helping homeowners, landlords, and property managers tackle the countless repairs and installations that seem to pile up over time.

The name “Resolve” wasn’t chosen by accident. Problems happen. Homes age. Tenants move out. Things break. My goal isn’t just to fix what’s broken – it’s to provide a solution that gives people confidence that the job was done right.
Maybe this business grows into something much larger someday, or maybe it stays a small local company that people trust because they know they’ll get honest work. Either way, I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.
